Preeto turns around and sees Rajbeer standing behind her. They both are staring at each other while the administrator (admin) in the back is telling Preeto that Rajbeer is in charge of the canteen, fabrics, and accounts for a week and he'll handle everything. Preeto comments that he is of no use. Admin is confused so she turns back around to face the admin and says that this piece of cloth is too cheap and it can rip apart very easily and can't be trusted (indirectly taunting Rajbeer). She tells the admin that she'll back again the next day at 10 and leaves after giving Rajbeer one last look.
Bani is waiting for Charli e at the coffee house and when he arrives, she asks him if the boss liked her work. Charlie says he's very happy and takes out an envelope with her payment inside. She is extremely happy and asks him for her next job. Charlie says he'll call her about it and leaves.
Rajbeer follows Preeto to outside and asks her to give him a chance to explain himself. He apologizes for his behavior but Preeto says that everything between the two of them is over. He continues asking for a chance but Preeto doesn't listen and says that no matter who it is in the world, no one can insult her biji and bauji. Rajbeer is regretful and tries to clear the misunderstanding but Preeto doesn't pay him any attention and warns him to stay away from her family, house, and their hearts. She turns around to leave but Rajbeer grabs her hand. She shouts at him to leave her hand and Rajbeer lets go as there are other officers around.
Bani is still at the coffee house when Ranjeet comes up to her and sits with her at the table. Bani asks him where he got the wound on his forehead from and Ranjeet says [...]
