Just imagine Varun Sandesh as hero in 100% Love! Bemused? Here we go! It seems that Varun Sandesh was originally the hero in 100% Love Telugu movie. When Geetha Arts signed Sukumar to do a subject, he initially thought of Varun Sandesh and Geetha Arts immediately gave the nod. When Allu Aravind asked Sukumar to give him the budget, which was around 12 crores.
